To enable TLS 1.2 on Windows for Agent Installation, follow these steps:

1. Open the Registry Editor by typing regedit in your start menu and selecting the application.
2. Navigate to the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\SecurityProviders\\SCHANNEL\\Protocols
3. Right-click on the Protocols folder and select New -> Key. Name the new key TLS 1.2.
4. Inside the TLS 1.2 key, create a new key named Client.
5. Inside the Client key, create a DWORD value named Enabled. Double-click on Enabled and make sure the value is set to 1.
6. Also the Client key, create another DWORD value named DisabledByDefault. Double-click on DisabledByDefault and make sure the value is set to 0.
7. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

This ensures that TLS 1.2 is enabled on your Windows machine, allowing for secure Agent Installation.
