After selecting "More details" you will see the message "Anchor Hybrid Block". Anchor Hybrid Block is a feature that restricts users from having an Anchored file and an unAnchored file open simultaneously. If you are experiencing this notification please close any unAnchored files that may be open. Once all unAnchored files are closed you will now be able to open Anchored files.
