    Enabling Admin users with Active Directory

    This article will demonstrate how first-time admin users will login the Admin Dashboard using Active Directory authentication.

    Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Dashboard and select the login button in blue.

    Step 2: Select the user account to login with.

    Step 3: Upon signing in for the first time, admin users will be presented with the following screen. Please contact support@datanchor.io providing your organization's ID and the email address you are attempting to login with. Once we receive your information, we will complete the setup process. You will receive a response advising you may now login. 

    Please note, this is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated once an admin user has been authenticated. However, this will need to be performed for each additional admin user.


    Please note, when using Azure AD integration the "Manage Admins" tab will no longer be available
