ARIA is your intelligent interface powered by OpenAI's GPT-4 model, designed to deliver insights on user and application reports. With ARIA, you can easily sift through intricate analytics, making the need for complex Excel formulas a thing of the past. Dive into a world of advanced insights with the generative AI capabilities of ARIA.
ARIA is currently in its beta phase. As we continue to refine and enhance its capabilities, we're rolling out this feature gradually. Please be aware that there may be occasional inaccuracies in the responses. We value your feedback greatly, as it aids our continuous improvement efforts. If you have specific feedback or encounter any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at support@anchormydata.com.
Quick guide to use ARIA
Step 1 : . Navigate to the Anchor Admin Dashboard and select Reports > Ask Me Anything.
Step 2 : Upload your log report file. This file should be obtained either from the user logs or the application logs section. For guidance on downloading these reports, please refer to this article
Please note
- Your uploaded file should be in CSV format and must not exceed 10MB.
- Use only the precise CSV report you've downloaded from the user or application logs. Alterations or different formats may not be compatible.
Step 3: Once your upload completes, you can start typing your queries into the provided prompt.
Sample Queries for ARIA
Not sure where to begin? Here are some sample questions to get you started:
- Which file had the highest number of accesses?
- Which application was utilized for accessing 'example.txt'?
- Can you provide an action summary for the user 'example@email.com'?
How do we handle data security and privacy?
ARIA leverages the OpenAI GPT-4 model for its AI capabilities but ensures data integrity by not sending report data externally. All chat messages are encrypted and stored at our datastore. Additionally, we protect your documents by encrypting data at REST with AES-256 and safeguard data in transit using TLS. This dual-layered approach ensures your data remains secure, whether stationary or on the move.
Limitations
While ARIA is designed to provide efficient and insightful analysis of your reports, there are certain limitations to be aware of:
- File Size: Ensure that the CSV report uploaded is no larger than 10MB.
- Query Precision: ARIA is optimized for queries aimed at generating summaries from the uploaded file. Our system undergoes a data transformation process on your uploaded content to then produce analytical insights. Hence, structuring your queries correctly is crucial for accurate results.
- Accuracy: As ARIA is still in its beta phase, there might be occasional discrepancies in the output. We recommend cross-referencing ARIA's results with the original report file uploaded to ensure accuracy.
- Context: Sometimes ARIA cannot retain the context from previous messages. You can get better answers with better prompting.
