Pre-requisites
Before you begin the installation, we recommend setting up an Box admin account with the name FenixPyre application. This ensures a smooth integration process.
Adding FenixPyre to Your Box Account
Log in to Box:
- Access your Box account by logging in with your credentials.
Search for FenixPyre
- Go to the
Apps
section in the Box interface. - Use the search bar to find the FenixPyre app.
- Go to the
Add the FenixPyre App:
- Click on
Add
to install the FenixPyre app. - Review and grant the necessary permissions required by the FenixPyre app to ensure proper functionality.
- Click on
By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate FenixPyre with your Box account.
Configuring FenixPyre for All Users in Box
Log in as an Admin:
- Access your Box Admin console using your administrative credentials.
- Go to the
Admin Console
.
Access Individual Application Controls:
- In the Admin Console, navigate to
Apps
and click onIndividual Application Controls
tab. - Select the
FenixPyre
app from the list. - Click on
Configure
button.
- In the Admin Console, navigate to
Set FenixPyre as default app for all users:
- A pop-up will appear.
- Choose the option
"Added by default for All users"
to ensure the FenixPyre app is available to all users by default. - Save the changes
By following these steps, you can configure FenixPyre to be automatically available for all users in your Box environment.
