    How to reset an Admin password in the Admin Dashboard

    This article will demonstrate how to reset an Admin Password in the Admin Dashboard.

    Step 1:  Log into the Admin Dashboard and navigate to Settings>Manage Admins.

    Step 2: Select the "Actions" icon denoted by 3 vertical dots next to the admin's email address.




    Step 3: Select "Reset Password" and a window will display asking you to confirm you want to reset the password. If yes, select "Ok" and an email will be sent to the admin's email address. Once, the email arrives the user will click the link in the body of the email and can reset their password.
