Install Server Agent

Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login the Admin Dashboard and select the installers tab.

Step 2: Select Windows Server and download the most current version.

Step 3: Unzip the downloaded server agent zip folder.

Step 4: Open the control panel and check for Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64). This is required to run the C++ code on Windows Machines. If Distributable is not installed please download and install it Click Here

Step 5: Double click the AnchorInstaller.exe.

Step 6: Input 1 and enter to begin installation.

Step 7: Enter your organization's id and follow the remaining prompts to enter your email address and 6 digit verification code.

Once installed, right-click on any folder or file you wish to protect and select Anchor>Anchor My Data. When Anchoring a folder, all subfolder and files inside the folder will automatically be Anchored.
