How to download Anchor mobile app:

Step 1: Open the App Store app on your mobile device and search for "datanchor".

Step 2: Select the app with the blue Anchor symbol and select install.

How to sign in Anchor mobile app:

Step 1: Enter your organization ID or domain name and select Continue.

Step 2: Enter your email address and select Get Verification Code.

Step 3: Enter the 6-digit verification code that was sent to your email address and select Verify. This email will show support@datanchor.io as the sender. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam filter.

You are now signed in the Anchor mobile app.

How to open an Anchored file on a mobile device:

Step 1: To open files with Anchor, select Explore Files shown above and navigate to the file you wish to open. You may also select Images or Documents to browse and open Anchored files.

Step 2: Select the file and Anchor will automatically open the selected file.

Open Anchored files from any application on a mobile device:

The following examples are how to open Anchored files in OneDrive/SharePoint and Egnyte. However, files can be opened from any application using the Anchor app.

Open from OneDrive/SharePoint:

Step 1: Open your OneDrive/SharePoint mobile app and select an Anchored file.

Step 2: Select the icon denoted by 3 vertical dots, select Open with Another App and select Anchor to open and view the anchored file.

Open from Egnyte:

Step 1: Open your Egnyte app and select an Anchored file.

Step 2: A "file cannot be previewed" screen will appear, select Open with at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Select Anchor and the Anchored file will be opened and viewable.
