Prerequisites

If you are installing agent version 6.2.0 and above:

• Whitelist FenixPyre (please reach out to FenixPyre support for documentation)
• Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) 2019 or higher is required
• TLS 1.2 and above enabled
• AppData folder must be on local storage 
• Install WebView2 if its not already installed

If you are installing agent version below 6.2.0 include the below prerequisites:

• Whitelist Anchor with any antivirus software
• Wireless Lan Service must be enabled

Supported Processors

• 64-bit (X64) architecture processors
• ARM support is not currently available

Supported Identity Providers

• Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID)
• Okta

Supported Cloud Providers

• Cloud/Web Integrations: Egnyte, OneDrive/SharePoint, Box
• Desktop Integrations: Egnyte, OneDrive/SharePoint, Dropbox

Supported  Mobile OS*

• iOS 13.0 and above
• Android 10 and above

*Only for accessing docx, ppt, xls, pdf, txt, jpg, and png files in view-only mode.
