Accessing Encrypted Files in Box: FenixPyre-Open

To open an encrypted file using FenixPyre, follow these professional steps:

Step 1: Locate and Open the File

1. Navigate to the desired file within your Box account.
2. Right-click on the file and select Integrations from the context menu.
3. Choose the FenixPyre: Open option.

Step 2: View/Edit the File

• The file will open in a new window in your web browser.
• This method is also applicable for opening unencrypted files using the FenixPyre > Open feature.

Important Note

Ensure you are logged into your FenixPyre account before attempting to open encrypted files. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the FenixPyre login page to authenticate your session.
