    Users Anchor agent details

    This article will demonstrate how to find the Anchor agent details for users in the Anchor admin dashboard.

    Step 1: Select the users tab.

    Step 2: Click the blue + symbol next to the desired user.

    Step 3: Click the agent name.

    Step 4: You can now view data pertaining to the agents listed under this user. Notice deviceID lists the following information, in this format: domain:hostName:currentLoggedInUserName:privateIP. 

    Please note, you may also view other information like Metadata, MacAddress, Protected folders, and common folders by selecting the tabs accross the top of the window.
