Enabling Admin users with Active Directory
Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Dashboard and select the login button in blue.
Step 2: Select the user account to login with.
Step 3: Upon signing in for the first time, admin users will be presented with the following screen. Please contact email@example.com providing your organization's ID and the email address you are attempting to login with. Once we receive your information, we will complete the setup process. You will receive a response advising you may now login.
Please note, this is a one-time process and does not need to be repeated once an admin user has been authenticated. However, this will need to be performed for each additional admin user.
