"Selected file is open is another application" Notification

This article will discuss the notification an Anchor user will see when trying to use Anchor features while a file is open in another application.

If a file is open in multiple locations or applications the following notification will appear. Please close any open instances, once closed you will now be able to use Anchor features as normal.
